Under Age Gambling

To play on SoccerPots you must be over 18 years of age. We use a variety of tools to verify the age of our players. Any player who provides dishonest information regarding their age automatically forfeits their right to any pot.

Player History and Balance

Players can easily access a full history of their transactions, withdrawals and deposits within the ‘Profile’ menu. A Player’s balance is always available through the ‘Profile’ page.

The Flexibility of a Time Out

Players who may want to take a short break from gambling can do so by taking a Time-Out for a specified period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. If you would like longer than this please let us know. Once a Time Out has been requested you will not be able to access your account. The last unfinished entered Round will be completed with the Player still a participant until the Round has completed.

Note that once the Time Out period has ended your account will automatically re-open. If you want to prevent yourself from gambling for a longer period of time and you want this decision to be irreversible you should consider using our Self-Exclusion option.


SoccerPots provides a self-exclusion facility, which enables Players to close their account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

During the period of self-exclusion SoccerPots will do all it can to prevent a new account being opened. You will not receive any promotional materials from us and suggest that if using social media channels you take steps to ensure you don’t receive our news or updates.

To use our self-exclusion option please refer to ‘My Account’ and ‘Self-exclusion’ menu. You will be asked to choose the period of time you wish to be excluded for.

A Player who has decided to enter a self-exclusion agreement will do so immediately without any cooling off period. Please note that self-exclusions are irreversible for the duration of the specified. An account closed under a self-exclusion agreement will remain closed for the agreed period and until the person takes a positive action in order to re-open that account by contacting SoccerPots

Players wishing to exclude may also email us at confirming the full name and address for the account registered with us. Please withdraw any unused funds if choosing self-exclusion.

It is recommended that Players using this option should consider extending their self-exclusion to other remote gambling operators they use. Deposit Limits

We offer the ability for our Players to limit the amount of money that they are able to deposit online into their account on a daily basis. These amounts may be revised downwards at any time but any increase will only be implemented after the time specified for the limit has passed.

Time Spent

The SoccerPots apps will not obscure the time on the mobile device it is being used on. This will enable the Player to determine Time Spent on gambling.
